Kamyar Safdari, M.D., D.A.B.A,
Dr.
Safdari is a
board
certified anesthesiologist who has
been in practice at UAMG
since 2000.
Dr.
Safdari is a native of Iran
who immigrated to the U.S.
at age 14. After graduation
from high school in Irvine,
California in 1988, Dr.
Safdari attended the
University of California at
Riverside and the University
of California at Los Angeles
Medical School. He received
a Bachelor of Science in
Biomedical Sciences in 1991,
and earned a Doctor of
Medicine degree in 1995.
Subsequently, Dr. Safdari
served an Internship in
General Surgery at
UCLA-Harbor Medical Center,
and completed a Residency in
Anesthesiology at the
University of California at
Irvine Medical School.
Dr.
Safdari is currently serving
as Chief of Obstetric
Anesthesiology at San
Antonio Community Hospital.
