Dr DiGiamarino is a board certified anesthesiologist who has been in practice at San Antonio Community Hospital since 1987.

Dr DiGiamarino is a native Californian. He was class valedictorian at Corona High School in 1976.

Dr. DiGiamarino's undergraduate studies was at the University of California at Riverside. He received a Bachelor of Science degree with high honors in Biomedical Sciences in 1979.

Dr. DiGiamarino's medical studies was at UCLA Medical School from which he received a Doctor of Medicine degree in 1983. Dr. DiGiamarino served an internship and completed his residency in anesthesiology at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in 1987.

Dr. DiGiamarino has been active in Medical Staff affairs at SACH, and has taken on many leadership roles over the years. He was a member of the Board of Trustees in 2001-2003, served as Chief of the Medical Staff in 2002 and was past chairman of the Department of Anesthesiology. He is currently Medical Director of the Operating Room at SACH.

In his spare time, Dr. Digiamarino coaches youth sports in soccer and baseball. In his younger days, prior to college and medical school, Dr. DiGiamarino was a Minor League Professional Baseball Player.
